Service Plans

Rather than release a major update every couple of years, we are now offering our customers annual Service Plans.

Service Plans provide you with the following benefits:

bulletUnlimited Support Calls for Trade Master and Trade Master related issues.
bulletRegular Trade Master and Help system updates as new features & enhancements become available (minimum of 2 per year).  Smaller, more frequent updates mean you're always up to date with the latest improvements, and you won't have to relearn the program like you do with some major updates. 
bulletPayroll Updates for government source deduction changes (a $98 value).

When you purchase a Service Plan you receive a username & password which will allow you to download regular program updates from our web site.  We will notify you by fax or phone when they are available.  If you prefer we can also ship update disks to you - a $10 shipping and handling charge per update will apply.

Price

$349 plus PST & GST per year

Note:  A service plan is included when you originally purchase Trade Master.  A fee will apply for users who call for support without a service plan.
