We have a number of resources here to help you update your software, suggest improvements to our products, or resolve problems.

bulletProgram Updates can be downloaded from our Updates page.  Our Service Plan subscribers are provided with user names & passwords which will allow them to access their updates.  For more information see Service Plans.  If you prefer we can also ship a set of update disks to you - a $10 shipping and handling charge will apply.

Beginning in the Fall of 2000, a charge of $49 per call will apply if you do not have a current Service Plan. If you call and your problem is the result of a program bug, or you purchase a service plan the per call fee will be waived.
